- Hold valid charity status
- Acknowledge and agree to Google’s required certifications with reference to non discrimination and donation receipt and use.
- Have a live website with quality content.
The following organizations will not qualify for Google Non Profit Grant.
- Governmental entities and organizations
- Hospitals and medical groups
- Schools
- Childcare centers
- Academic institutions and universities
But philanthropic arms of educational institutions are eligible.

Limits to budget and bids for Google Nonprofit Grant

All Google Nonprofit Grants are limited to a monthly budget of $10,000 USD, which equates to a daily budget of $329 USD. Also, all Google Grants are limited to a $2.00 USD cost-per-click (CPC) bid
